The Ribcor 78K skate is a bit more aggressive with its forward lean and stance than the 2S Pro. The result is a quicker first step and better energy transfer from each stride. The78K also utilizes CCM’s SpeedBlade 4.0 holder and runner combination which gives you increased turning ability and bite on your edges. For the boot, CCM went with their stiffer Microfiber which provides better ankle support and protects your foot better during those big impacts. The Supreme 2S Pro is going to give you a little more stability and support with its taller stance and more traditional boot cut. This is going to be a bit more comfortable for some skaters and a little easier to get used to coming
